ok,so finally after the tedious 5 days of snco,i survived!YAY!I got my group November,and i knew some of them were seriously unhappy with the way i work.However,i'm not gonna change my working style.Compliments only do make one arrgant when nothing is completed before that.Throughout the course,i did breakdown at a point of time,I saw how people break down.

Their break downs definately was meant to be a life turning point.Seeing them made me think about my kids back at northlight.Gosh!I miss them for god's sake!Hope that they're fine during the training for NCDCC day,by the way.Yeah,and i really felt glad that some in fact came and thank me,one(i shall not mention the name) came crying and hug me immediately,and thanking me in tears for what i did.I felt quite accomplished,at least i really did felt happy.

I just felt good,and in fact some of my group members came to my blog and started asking me about some stuffs!

To November:
From the first day till the last day,you guys have improve a lot.Even though you're not the best platoon,however,you're the best in my heart.I know standing my naggy scoldings is like crap,however seeing you guys improved and grow throughout the course made me felt happy and relieved.Whatever you take back,please do share with your cadets.Especially your experiences and other stuffs.Like what i've said to you guys,i have discovered some unpolish diamonds,waiting to be found.Appearence are deceiving,it's what your ability let others judge you.Be it good or not,have confidence in what you do.I wish you guys all the best in future.May god bless.

ok,went to help out at the leadership seminar,and i tell you,i was so damn pissed by some drivers.I was already rushing for time,and the driver act like he knows how to got to Monfort sec,and then he drive a short distance aafter asking me how to go,i was like WTF!

So i reached monfort and i felt tired.Gosh,i am really tired and hungry.Sir linsen is good ;)Okay,i shall stop here.I'm way too tired!
